Bug: 4NO bonus sometimes does not apply to the Beidou's ult that activated the bonus and never applies to Ningguang ult. For now these are the only two ults that have this issue. The following ults are confirmed to behave as expected: Chongyun, Amber, Kaeya, Jean, XL.

In this video Beidou with 4NO activates ult two times in Abyss-7 without exiting the floor. Also note that Ningguang's ult is supposed to snapshot. In my previous submissions I tested the following: TTDS Barbara -> switch to Ning -> wait ~9 seconds -> ult. The result was that the 2nd part of Ning ult had decreased damage because TTDS buff expired, implying that Ning ult is dynamic. https://youtu.be/09o3XwJWXY0

Confirming findings for the three stated characters of Beidou, NG, and Ganyu. Though I would prefer if you made it much clearer that this is with regards to 4-NO being equipped by the caster. Recommending below, though you could probably write one out yourself that could deliver the info much clearer: Bug - Certain characters' ultimates do not gain the effect of the ATK buff provided by a 4-piece Noblesse Oblige when self-activated For Beidou - Sometimes For Ningguang - Always For Ganyu - Always Characters left to be tested - [list](edited)

Makes sense. But if I were to do it, I should actually do more thorough tests were always means that I tested it at least 10 times with the appropriate video evidence. I honestly don't want to do it in the nearest future at the very least. I'd better wait until 1.5 and hope that they fix it. I did submit a support ticket regarding this and received a response that it was directed to the devs. Though they never mentioned it in the in-game announcements, hopefully they will shadow fix it.

The fact that 4NO doesn't work on Ningguang is a big yikes, since her ult isn't supposed to snapshot IIRC
