Finding: Qiqi's Talisman will heal characters attacking the target to which the talisman is applied as long as the damage dealt to the target is a] based on the attacking character's stats and b] dealt by a character which is currently on-field.(edited)

Verified. I will also try to check if other environmental/non-character sources of damage have a similar effect on Qiqi's ult - Burning grass caused by your own character (I'm very confident this also won't heal) - ~~Explosive barrels (iirc the damage they deal is completely independent, and is not based on any of our character stats, so it very likely won't heal as well)~~ can confirm, but I forgot to press the record button

Alright. The logic I have with regards to Qiqi's heal though is if any damage dealt is based off of a character's stats it will heal. Otherwise, such as most environmental stuff, it'll consider it as damage dealt by something else that isn't your team. I'm not necessarily sure for cases where the character is an off-field character though(edited)

Did a few tests and it doesn't seem like off-field characters heal if they hit enemies affected by Qiqi's talisman. Will upload a video with evidence soon.

So far, I've tested this with Kaeya, Rosaria, and Fischl and none of them seem to heal

I think that should be sufficient evidence that the standard is any off-field character will not be affected

I guess at least that confirms that Qiqi talisman has no effect on - Fall Damage - Damage caused by off-field characters (I can further check with Albedo and Xiangling) - Explosive barrels (no video evidence, but I've tested it)

Actually, it shouldn't heal the character that is on-field, right? If it isn't their own damage dealing it?

I wanted to do that but I think it might be hard

because qiqi's heal has an ICD on its heal so the effect has to trigger much later than the attack itslf

Also, if anyone has an Aquila Favonia and Qiqi to test @Aevean Leeow's theory, could you test it? Most other weapons have the problem that they apply their effects on-hit, which means that the effect triggers too close to the attack itself for it to heal. Aquila Favonia doesn't have this problem because it doesn't apply on hit.

I don't personally have an AF so I can't test

does the hit that applies qiqi a4 proc the talisman ?

can use fillet blade qiqi and hope u get the 50/50 to see if u can instantly heal from the fillet proc after the talisman proc

or wait u mean theres a delay before talisman is applied ?\
