Finding: Zhongli's A1 passive has either no ICD or an extremely negligible one Evidence: Walked into dendro samachurl burn and immediately checked character window to see shield strength maxed Significance: Zhongli's shield is ridiculously effective against DoT as it stacks immediately to maximum.

I remember that there are two major changes about zhongli a1 before
Because when taking damages, the blinks of the shield are too frequent in the 1st version
MHY made some changes. But it caused a bug
Although the frequency of the blink is limited, the a1 passive also has icd in the 2nd version.
When some players found out this bug, MHY make another change.
So a1 passive has no icd in the 3rd version.
