Finding: 2 stacks of the Pale Flame 4 piece set effect cannot be achieved by 1 use of Rosaria's skill despite the skill being 2 hits (probably because the 2 hits are within 0.3s), and requires back to back usage to achieve the full 4 piece effect.

Significance: This likely makes 4 piece Pale Flame too cumbersome to use for carry Rosaria, so may be a better idea to use 2 piece Pale Flame and 2 piece Bloodstained instead.(edited)

I'm not sure if this is considered obvious and not require testing to verify (since the description does say so), but the 4 piece set effect stacks are triggered by each hit of skill damage, not a E press.
