There are currently two very similar findings about Pale Flames, your and @Monado about Rosaria. Wouldn't be better to merge those two and expand them with other characters? We may soon be floating with similar findings.
Btw it works on Fischl.

yeah, they're def similar. I think we can push these two tickets to TCL for now and create a larger ticket covering all types of E-skill damage (there are a ton that we'd have to cover) and how they trigger later
