Significance: In order to trigger the 4p vv shred, the wearer of 4p vv MUST be onfield when TRIGGERING a swirl .Rotations when shredding with 4p vv is harder since the wearer must be onfield when swirling happens and ONLY can shred if they TRIGGER the swirl(edited)

We know from the evidence above that the wearer must be onfield when swirling happens and can shred if they TRIGGERED the swirl with ANEMO.
But does it still shred if they trigger the swirl with other elements like cryo/pyro?
Finding 2: 4p vv also shreds even if the trigger element isnt anemo but other elements like cryo/pyro instead as the trigger (which is possible against enemies with innate anemo aura like the anemo hypostasis.

This was used quite a bit for runs during the hypostasis event. Was fun running VV on Keqing
The fact that 4 pc VV works for non-anemo chars is a finding in this ticket, which has yet to be approved
so we can just wait for this to be approved and then make a pr for this ticket such that we don't have duplicate findings in tcl

Conclusion:
4p vv wearers can only shred if they fulfil the 2 requirements of being the trigger of the swirl and being onfield during the swirl.
Other elements like pyro/cryo can also shred with 4p vv with the same 2 requirements.
Significance: Rotations to include 4p vv users is more strict and 4p vv can shred those with an innate Anemo aura with other elements as the trigger.
