Finding: if it's raining and you approach Mondstadt, the rain will stop, even though the rain will continue outside Mondstadt.

pretty sure it never rains in both Liyue & Mondstadt

there are many places that are weather-fixed too, like how it always rains in the Oceanid arena

Okay now the real question, whats the best way to remove the rain quickly without scaring away the pigions? Im so pissed off everytime i want to farm fowl, then suddenly it's raining(edited)

Also pigions doesn't respawn back when its done raining, even when i haven't scared them away(i was very far from them)

use skills that change the appearance of the sky/environment like Razor hold E and the rain will stop instantly. Note that the skill must connect to something, such as an object or enemy

Well the rain does stop but the pigions didn't seems to respawn, even though i even didn't see it flies

no, just use Razor E hold on an ore for example. However, I don't know if this will make the pigeons appear, you may have to use the teleport for this
