finding: if a character talks to an npc and uses their burst at the same time cool stuff happens i guess

significance: you can get crit rate with keqing while in the safety of mondstadt!!!! so cool also you can get infinite xiao mask and some whacky stuff happens with camera sometimes
combine with chair and soup cancelling for maximum efficiency

I mean practicality's always relative. Baron bunny infusing is technically practical and anyone can do a pretty strong Cryo tornado + Baron bunny combo.
