Description:
When Venti's charged attacks were shot in the rain, his arrows were able to swirl the rain itself.

Hydro swirl effects can be seen appearing around Venti's arrows in the rain. However, no swirl text appeared.

Added proof that the swirls were:
1. Not self-swirls
2. Not some unknown mechanic caused by hydro being applied to Venti after arrows are shot

In the last clip, Venti can be seen standing on a piece of dry land, then walking into the water (demonstrating that he does indeed run between dry and wet land later in the video), followed by a charged shot, with him running back and forth between the dry rock and the water, rapidly applying hydro on himself. The arrows did not swirl.

This makes me feel as if the reason you can't absorb off of cryo arrows is to prevent them from freezing in the rain.

This lends further proof to charged arrows simply being self applied aura entities, which explains how absorption occurs

Maybe cryo arrows just don't self apply or something strange

But, this means that the Swirl should be doing environmental scaled damage, as the environment is applying Wet and causing the Swirl, not Venti

I couldn't electro-charge the rain, but I was able to cause a vaporize reaction (I saw smoke/vapor coming from Amber's arrows which did not occur outside of the rain) (edited)

I've been told that vaporized arrows do indeed prove that arrows are self-applied aura entities. If so, would it be appropriate to change this theory to "arrows are self-applied aura entities," and would I need to find any more evidence of that?

@OAKUM Hi, have you tested this with other bow users? Childe or Venti should be tough to test, but what about Fischl, Ganyu & Diona?

i think the ticket is good as it is, but it would be better if we were to be thorough

Venti is the first test ( Swirl Hydro ), Fischl can't really be tested, and nothing appears to happen to Cryo arrows
