r1 sac bow proc on fischl a4
based on GO (and they have unit tests per each character) it's using elemental skill modifier
ill do klee and mona now, pretty sure they can proc on any dmg tick of them

i assume it works on 3rd as well but low chance and long cd on sac so takes too long i wont test :'D
does not seem to work on mona A1 i only have r1 sac in this video

btw.. may be this would save some time but sacrificial is just coded to proc anything with the tag "Elemental_Art"
