Finding:
Party members heal to 35% health when reviving after the entire party dies

Mona respawned with 3174/9069 HP (34.998%)
Albedo respawned with 5319/15198 HP (34.998%)
Yoimiya respawned with 5392/15406 HP (34.999%)
Bennett respawned with 5771/16488 HP (35.001%)

Adding/subtracting 1 HP would have put them farther from 35% than they were right after respawning.

Significance: for documentation purposes, I didn't see any mention of this in the TCL

In all of the clips where I had to click "Revive", Bennett respawned with 5771/16488 HP, which is 35.001%.
If he respawned at 5770 HP instead, Bennett would have had 34.995% HP, which is farther from 35% than 35.001%.

There also seems to be a 2nd form of drowning which I could not replicate 100% consistently. The game does not prompt me to click "Revive", but automatically respawns Bennett at the last piece of solid ground he was standing on before going into the water and swimming. drowning in this method does not bring you back to 35% HP, but rather take away 10% of your max HP, as shown here

but drowning with less than 10% max HP always seems to bring up the "Revive" button, as seen here (I got it 10/10 times in a row) https://imgur.com/a/xXuXBlx
I feel like all the drowning deserves its own ticket

So, through your proofs and videos, I assume that the party revives hp mechanic works out like this:
- When all of the chars die the normal way (every party member are killed), they will have a revive screen( with revive button) and be able to heal all of the fallen char to 35% of their max hp
-When they die the odd way ( like out of stamina in the water or jump into the void):
+ Char with more than 10% hp will have his/her hp loses 10%
+ Char with less than 10% hp will fall.
++ If all chars in the party have less than 10% hp and die this way, this also counts as dead, and revive screen appears.

no it doesn't seem like it, 'cause I still get the revive screen sometimes even at full health. I'll try to replicate it more on the weekend, little busy with school stuff right now

I added explosive barrels to the album/sheet (normal pyro, cryo, and bounty)
are there any other environmental things to die from that I'm missing?

I added all those to the album, and the drowning bug seems like the only environmental death that doesn't put you back to 35%

I don't think drowning a bug, it is just like a feature to me.
About my previous comment, you mentioned before that there are exceptions. To do now is determining when will that(Revive screen appears because u drown though u have full hp) happens, or else my previous comment is the summary of this ticket.
Optional finding: A quick inspection of mine show that revives will always heal you 35% of your CURRENT hp, which means even if u swap out the hp artifact right before u die, the amount it heals is 35% your NEW hp instead of the old one. It is dynamic, not a snapshot, In some way, I guess. The hp system always works with a ratio instead of the exact amount, so I can't be sure abt this, will it be called dynamic or is that just the way it works.

Findings:
A) When all party members' health reaches 0, the revive screen comes up and 2 things happen:
1. You are respawned at the nearest teleport waypoint, statue of the seven, or domain to the point where the last member died
2. All party members are healed to 35% (health is rounded to the nearest 1)

B) There are 2 kinds of environmental "deaths":
1. Drowning and falling into the void do not deal damage, instead they take away a fixed 10% of all party members' HP
2. Other environmental sources of damage tie into finding A when your health eventually reaches 0 from taking damage

C) Health is "dynamic" and stored as "% of Max HP" instead of the flat amount.

In all of the clips, bennett revives at 35% HP, which also proves finding A because the damage brought his health to 0.

At the start of the video, before equipping the flowers, Bennett had 281/10,987 HP (2.56%) and Fischl had 190/8,144 HP (2.33%).
At the moment Bennett died, he had 10,987 Max HP.
After he died, flowers were equipped to both characters, raising Bennett's Max HP to 15,767 and Fischl's to 12,924.
After equipping the flower, Fischl's HP changed from 190/8,144 to 301/12,924, staying at 2.33% of her max HP.
Fischl dies with 12,924 Max HP.
The revive screen comes up, and they are both respawned and healed.
Bennett is revived with 5,518/15,767 HP, which is 35% of his new max HP.
Fischl is revived with 4,523/12,924 HP, at 35%.
After unequipping both flowers,
- Bennett's HP changed to 3,845/10,987, which is still 35% of his max HP.
- Fischl's HP changed to 2,850/8144, staying at 35% of her max HP.

you beat me to it Verified. just to confirm, I tested drowning starting at a non-10% interval (so starting at 71.4% max health (12496/17500)), and my health was reduced by 10% to 61.4% of max health (10746/17500) (edited)
