Conclusion: When an on-field 4pc Gambler user lands a killing blow on an enemy, the set's 15s cd will trigger, and if the user's own elemental skill is on cd, the skill cd will also reset. If the user's skill has multiple charges, only the current charge timer will be completed, granting 1 charge.
[IMPORTANT NOTE: This directly contradicts a previous finding (https://library.keqingmains.com/evidence/equipment/artifacts#4-piece-gambler-procs-without-skill-on-cd), so that one should be removed or archived or wherever. not sure if this is the best place to put this note, but this should guarantee it doesn't get missed]

how superconduct can trigger building stacks as well?
If the press ability triggers Superconduct or Overloaded, it will apply 2 stacks of Conductive to the targets hit by the orb itself and 1 stack of Conductive to other targets hit by the reaction. Multiple reactions will apply stacks multiple times.
i was wondering if the superconduct damage could like trigger gamblers
