Finding: Healing Properties of Barbara's Holy Bathwater

Evidence: Barbara's Holy Bathwater heals for +1 HP instantly, followed by ticks of +1 HP each roughly every second, up to 20 seconds. These ticks can be FPS dependent, like every ~59 frames at 60 FPS, every 66 frames at 10 FPS or once at the ~12 second mark at 1 FPS.

Note that in each case the healing stops before the 20 seconds mark (1200 frames at 60 FPS).

Significance: While Barbara's bathwater contains healing powers, it's effect is fairly limited. However, it is now shown that Barbara's Holy Bathwater can be 5% more effective than previously documented, but can also be chocking hazard at lower FPS.

The lower FPS tests might give us a deeper understanding of how the game update loop works. 
This might also affect other food and combat related things that slowly tick over time.
