if one bunny made the other explode a lot of setups wouldn't exist
You have to shoot where you can hit around both bunnies if you want to detonate them at the same time

not everything gets radiated, only quite a few abilities actually got this "mechanic" IIRC. I distinctly remember us testing what tags gets radiated by reaction and what do not, there should be a writeup uuuh......somewhere? it was like year and a half ago and my memory is shit. generally simple stuff like guoba res shred was radiated, but not more intricate triggers. maybe it's leftover parts of 4VV code or something playing tricks
as for the usefullness, well it is sufficiently enigmatic thingamajig that no one besides Nosi and other Lisa mains know about it, let alone explored it in depth. who knows?
