Baron Bunny can be dash cancelled or jump cancelled (while stationary) to activate artifact/domain/abyss effect requirements.

Significance:
Amber can activate effect bonuses that require activating her skill (Crimson Witch set, Windblume Ode, etc.) without dealing with her skill's long cooldown at any constellation, allowing constant uptime of the bonuses.

oh i guess there is a Cancelling Abilities in miscellaneous entries
nm. it just talks about dialogue box cancels
