Finding: Overload triggered on environment and not enemies will not give Chevreuse an Overcharged Ball, but will still apply res shred if dmg hits enemies.

Finding: Chev's Burst initial hit and later explosions snapshot, occurring on frame 43 of the animation.

4 clips with synced Q casts with an attack buff falling off 1 frame delayed from left to right (41, 42, 43, 44). The clips with the buff at 43f+ keep the attack boost on both parts of the burst.
Significance: I recorded it at some point so here you go

Finding: Chevreuse heals 6 times per Skill usage, occurring every 2 seconds starting from 2 seconds after using her elemental skill

The initial burst activation appears to have a separate ICD from the secondary explosions
The secondary explosions appear to have unique ICD, applying Pyro on the 1st and 4th hits out of 8
The secondary explosions spawn in an octagonal shape with one of the corners facing towards Chevreuse
* They will detonate in order of furthest away from Chevreuse to closest, with all of them detonating in pairs except the tips (furthest and closest) - 1-2-2-2-1
* The first explosion appears to happen ~12-13 frames after the explosive appears, then the rest ~4-5 frames later in sequence
* Though I'm... not certain this is 60 fps?

Not sufficient for TCL to list, does require footage of approximately that CD - but you can use wiki as basis for the test for sure
