Finding:
The TCL's information on Childe's energy generation is just plain wrong. The following information is not really a finding because it's been known for ages.

Childe's Particle Generation is:
- A Hydro Particle on Riptide Flash trigger
- A Hydro Particle on Riptide Slash trigger
- Held to a 3s ICD for all generation

Significance:
Correcting misinformation. The idea that people could think Childe generates a particle every 1.5s per enemy in Melee Stance is hilarious and an issue. Knowing he generates particles in Ranged Stance is also important.

Side note, I have not fully tested the 3s ICD because I am lazy - it is just something that's been known forever and was passed down to me.Risuke wrote it in the Childe guide. Slash can be tested in MT with frame counting. Am not entirely sure how to test ICD on flash... would need someone good in Ranged Stance if you can shoot more than 1 CS every 1.5s
