Findings: Duskstalker Bolt (A1) Gauge is 1U and Elemental Skill and Bolts have Separate ICD

Second part is cyno just applying 1U electro from bolts to 1.6 pyro. Thanks to Noz from WFP for helping me do this.)

Finding:
If Cyno is staggered during activation of Elemental Skill (during Endseer stance), the Judication effect (A1) is applied to his next Elemental Skill cast even outside Endseer stance

Finding: Cyno's converted N5 can be manually steered mid-animation using direction keys, even when locked on to a target

Elemental skill during Burst is also blunt, or at the very least has high poise damage.
