theres a 2008 crit at the start

this is what I mean, dmg bonuses not snapshotting isn't unique to fading twilight and afaik, dmg bonuses do not snapshot, like EM after v1.6

Unless something changed this patch stuff was generally snapshot
EM was even snapshot when it comes to melt/vape done by the attack
it's just that transformative reactions always use the EM of the character since they changed that 🤔

my theory with dmg% snapshotting is there's a hidden dmg% stat for things like SS and PJWS is if it's tied to a state like Twilight and Aqua, then it won't snapshot
