Finding:
1. Faruzan has a 5.5s ICD for her particle generation.
2. C4 Faruzan's Energy generation is independent of the particle generation ICD.

Evidence:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2u03r0bgzo using C5 Faruzan

1. No particle produced for the second Hurricane Arrow shot done within 5.5s from the first.
2. Faruzan's Burst Energy increases after each Hurricane Arrow, regardless of ICD.

Datamining info tells that ICD is 5.5s. Video shows no particles produced for the second Hurricane Arrow shot 5.4s after the first, and particles produced for second Hurricane Arrow shot 5.6s after the first.

Significance:
Both C4 particle generation and ICD affects ERC if it wasn't accounted for.
Correction for TCL which states that Faruzan produces 2 particles every time after using her CS, which is untrue.

There is a particle generation ICD
C4 energy regeneration is not tied to particle ICD

idt it needs further investigating unless we need to verify the icd duration through ways other than dm

You'd likely want to provide frame counts on when it triggers potentially if you can time it

it's triggered by her CS

i can try to get it down to as close as 5.5s intervals between two CS

but i cant think of a way to systematically do it

how do other tcl posts on icd handle it usually

if i get a clip as close to 5.5s as possible producing no particles and then another as close to post 5.5s that does produce particles would that work

since her particle generation rate is 100% if not on icd, you actually have it very easy. just need to record a CS before and after 5.5s (maybe use 0.2s tolerance or something). then it's enough. no need to do repeat tests

okay good to know 0.2s tolerance is acceptable and it doesn't need to be exactly 5.5s

no. obv you won't be 100% sure it's exactly 5.5s, could be 5.6 you know? that's still the case with tighter tolerances (could be 5.5007??)

so this is more of a "we've verified that dm is correct"
