Weapon swirls owned by him can trigger his 4VV set effect

as a corollary this entry needs to be changed or removed
because it doesn't always use the field maker's em
i guess these videos technically don't prove that it isn't using chongyun's em because his em isn't shown
but it is proven that kazuha can own the swirl because vv is working, which implies that it should also be using his em

don't think there's enough other info in tcl about weapon swirls for that to technically be proven within it yet
but under the assumption that weapon swirls work the same way as self/enemy reactions in terms of ownership, that is the result

i think most if not all effects that require u to "trigger a reaction" don't count weapon (or self?) reactions
it has to be on an "enemy" (guoba included)
