I'll probably just merge two ticket ideas here
Basically, the game doesn't care about the state of your Traveler for regular forced Traveler swaps like Daily Commissions that use your Traveler model
except when Fishing

Finding:
Fishing checks whether or not the player's Traveler is dead or alive.
- If the Traveler is alive: the active character is replaced by Traveler, a camera zoom happens, and the fishing menu pop us. Any action from the active character is immediately cancelled via swap.
- If the Traveler is dead, only the camera zoom happens. This can result to character close ups that overtake regular camera zooms from character Bursts.
This process happens even if the Traveler is not on the party.

Good to know. This mechanic can be used to make some 4* characters get close-up camera zooms on their Bursts, or test for Burst cancel possibilities.
