Traveler gains +3 base attack
it's element wide so it affects every traveler, no matter what element they are resonated with.

is it actually +3, and not some decimal number (UI rounds but you could prob look at it with enka's api)

mina's lvl 70 MC got a flat +3 base atk as well

I'm leaning more towards it being a full 3

no decimals

weapon and char base attacks already got the decimals covered
