significance: yj not meme with navia
note: uncertain margin of error or if it works with pre tl13 mika or pre c6 yj, can use further test

finding: you can do that with CY's 8% aspd buff, haven't gotten it with unbuffed though
significance: fewer buffs needed, will need to additionally test if ele app hits change with aspd

Finding: Navia's Burst is dynamic

Initially, Navia's burst does 755 damage. After receiving the 4pc TotM buff, it goes up to 812 damage, and then back down to 755 when the buff runs out.

Finding: Navia generates 3-4 particles per shotgun use with no ICD, appears to be a roughly 50/50 split
