Keqing's E, Stellar Restoration, can be held to manually aim the direction of the Lightning Mark. Releasing E and spinning the camera makes Keqing spin in place, away from the direction of the Mark.
It is also possible to send the Mark in another direction by rapidly spinning the camera after releasing E.

cryo sword + electro = SC > electro sword
electro sword + cryo field = SC again

i mean that when Keqing is on the field her sword is infused with cryo, then when you use E twice, you apply electro to it, so it SC, and infuse the sword with electro (this idk why maybe that's just how weapon gauge is) then the field applies cryo again on the sword

just like how you can overvape/burn something by using strong enough pyro attack so it will remove electro gauge and apply pyro again eventhough it should only do one reaction

in this case it might just be her E infusion is strong enough to remove cryo and apply electro at the same time

you can try this: Chongyun E, Keqing standing in the field > throw E outside the field > teleport > see if her sword is electro or physical

so self gauges and weapon gauges work differently from normal
it's not Cryo infuse -> electro infuse -> normal weapon it's Cryo infuse that decayed a little -> electro infuse sends it past phys directly into electro but only partially -> CY ticks again sending it back to cryo
