Some of these claims will need an accompanying video to be verifiable. Namely claims 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 if links are not already present on the doc. I'm assuming 5 is referring to #966812234334474371 ?

uh all of them do have video evidence. but yes one of the doc links arent accessible rn. it's still saved on my side so i'll update.
as for point 1, i think i'll just delete it since i dont wanna bother with recording a new video lol. it's common knowledge so i thought the wiki link would've sufficed lol

my backup script does support like google spreadsheets/docs links as long as they aren't like the published versions

what i meant to do is, since i dont want to have those files shared in my drive, i downloaded them (they automatically got converted to microsoft versions), and uploaded the files directly here.
you have another solution?

copy them to another account if you don't want to use your own?
exporting to office isn't lossless so better to copy from google itself

i have them saved in the drive format in my drive, but they get converted to office after downloading

Finding: The Exile mechanics
Evidence: A compilation of mechanics regarding The Exile's 4-piece effect.
1. Energy regeneration doesn't start immediately, but after 2s, and ticks every 2s for 3 times. All Energy is regenerated earliest after 6s. This timing is similar to that of Prototype Amber's passive.
2. While the 2nd and 3rd Energy regeneration ticks occur with intervals of 2.02s Β± 0.03s, the first tick occurs 0.08s (5 frames) slower (statistically significant) at 2.09s Β± 0.06s for unknown reasons. These timings aren't affected by different characters' different Burst animations times.
3. The Energy regeneration ticks are subject to hit-lag.
4. Characters that have longer Energy consumption frames may not receive the first Energy regeneration tick. For example, if Gorou is holding The Exile, doing "Gorou Q > Venti Q" will let Venti receive only 2 out of the 3 ticks (assuming Venti's Energy was already full at the time of casting Gorou Q). Generally, this happens for characters with ~60 and more Energy consumption frames.
5. Similar to the above, rotations can affect the number of received Energy regeneration ticks. For example, while "Gorou Q > Itto Q" will always let Itto receive all Energy restoration ticks, changing the rotation to "Gorou EQ > Albedo E > Itto N1 Q" will instead let Itto consistently receive 2 out of 3 the Energy restoration ticks (assuming Itto's Energy was already full at the time of casting Gorou Q).
