this is kind of obvious in retrospect
well whatever im only putting swirl, aoe swirls, overload, and superconduct here
ec already has it, also i dont consider it transformative
i dont consider burn transformative either
Finding: Transformative reactions snapshot reaction damage bonuses when they are generated.
- Swirls: On the attack.
- AoE Swirls: When it hits the enemy.
- Superconduct: On the attack.
- Overload: On the attack.
- Shatter: On the attack. (Required Crystallize to trigger 4pc In.)
Evidence: 4pc Instructors was used to test triggering multiple of the reactions (though that doesn't matter for Overload).

Significance: Is this literally just "4pc In doesn't work on the first attack"? Yeah, but also much more formalized on our understanding of game mechanics, and also to stop people from saying "transformatives don't snapshot EM". Everything decides what values to use at some point in time.

isnt this kinda a wierd way to put it thought with those words?
when we have blooms that do delayed dmg from when are generated/trigered?
they just look at that char stats when do dmg no?

because bloom reaction does not do dmg? 
it's the dendro core that does
