-yuegui
-anemo absorb checks
-burgeons/blooms
-being hit while shielded
-being hit while at 100 DR
-gaining BoL
-taking DoT from operative BoL/corrosion
-taking DoT from overworld stuff like the inazuma purple shit or sheer cold

I dont know how to get 100% dr off the top of my head so i thought of burst invuln, which gets hit still, just no damage taken

As opposed to dash invuln that is just straight up dodging the hit entirely

I can reword it a bit, but it is specofically the bol from the operative that triggers the dot damage, or at least the dot is only active while their bol is on you

there is also an exception for collision dmg which is weird cuz characters cant take collision dmg
